This is a list of Extreme sports that i hope to do or have done but want to do with my girlfriend the ones with * next to them is the ones i have done and therefore will have a comment telling you about it and what kind of people would be intrested in them in my opinion. The ones with # next to them are the ones i have done with my girlfriend. i will update this as do them or think of more to do! if you have any more which you havent seen in this list please tell me *deep breath* here we go!!!!

*ROCKCLIMBING

good for those who are afraid of heights its completly safe (even if it doesnt feel that way) just make sure your with a quwallifed instructor. if your a beginer then star indoors and work youer way up. you will get an amazing sense of acheivment when you reach the top it also improves strenth endurence and mental control if done regulary. if you chose to do this remember "higher higher higher" and remember the golden rule 'dont give up.'

SURFING

*CAVING

exellent to escape a heat wave, its a different world underground full of beautiful things and a true sense of achivement crawling through tunnels and cracks and after you come out from a cave you see the world with more colour and perpose. if you think you would be afraid then dont worry not many things can live deep in caves there are truly another world under our feet sure you can see it on tv or go on a tour but you miss the best things. things you have to work for are better, for example if you treked for days to reach a hill to see the veiw it would be so much beautiful then if tou went up in a chair lift for a day! its safer than being in a car but if you try harder caves the danger factor increses. try chedder gouge if you really want to see beautiful cave formations.

SKY DIVING

POWER KITING

*SCUBA DIVING

*WHITE WATER RAFTING

fast wet and fun if you dont mind the feel of wetsuits and the fact you cant go to toilet im not going to lie it is a lot more dangerous than swimming if your not careful it ranges from grade 1 to grade 5 if your like me then you might be tempted to go straight for grade 5 but dont people die in grade 5 waters evan grade 2 isnt without its dangers you could hit a rock if you fall in rapids thats about it, grade 1 isnt really extreme so dont bother. great for a team building exercise and making friends if your going it with people you dont know.

CLIFF JUMPING

WAKE BOARDING

*SNOWBOARDING

my advice is that if you think it looks good on tv then you might get some enjoyment out of it but its a sport that takes time so you need patience and determination to get use to it balence is key in this sport. not many injures come from snowborading unless ofcorse your going through woods of jumping off cliffs you know just being stupid its fast and like your riding clouds, dry slopes can be a bit more dangerous as i know as i broke my thump in one. but i was being an idiot. so dont do it. lol go for a small manovarable board for your first time it just makes it easier.

Okay Wolf, this is what you need to do, update it and tell us a little but more about each sport, and like you said, who'd be interested in it. maybe how it's done and the danger factor involved, etc. i can tell it's not finished. i will post another reply when it is.
